Info Sheet for HOT PRETENSE
This is a part of the contract and
additional shipping information for mare
owner
Breeding Season:
February 15th – July 1st
Stud
Fee:
$800.00
Booking/Chute/Re-breed fee:
$275.00 booking and/or chute fees are due at
the signing of the breeding contract.
$275.00 re-breed fee is due prior to the
first shipment or when mare arrives at BWF
the following year.
Remaining
Balance:
The $525.00 balance of the breeding fee must
be paid to Bennett Woodland Farms by check
or credit card prior to the first shipment
or when mare arrives at BWF.
Equitainer Deposit:
A $250.00 refundable deposit is required
before first shipment. The deposit will be
accepted two ways:

Separate check to be made out to
Bennett Woodland Farms, LLC for
$250.00, which will be held
until all shipments are
complete. Your check will then
be returned or voided.

Visa or MasterCard on file with
BWF. If the BWF’s container is
not returned with all components
intact, your card will be
charged for the replacement
value of the container and/or
its components.
The
container must be returned to Bennett
Woodland Farms within 72 hours from when the
shipment is received. PLEASE NOTE:
There will be a $25.00 per day charge for
containers not returned within the
designated time. We suggest that you return
containers via overnight or second-day
service.
Shipping Charges:
$275.00 for overnight Federal Express or
Purolator (Canada).
PLEASE
NOTE: Same day counter-to-counter service
out of Bellingham, WA via Horizon/Alaska &
Delta (pending) or Abbotsford, BC via West
Jet. Counter-to-counter fees can be found
at bwfarms.com.
Requesting A Shipment:
Please contact BWF when your mare comes into
heat. We encourage you to ALWAYS request a
shipment by 4:00PM PST the day before, but
you must request a shipment no later than
8:00AM PST on shipping days. You may
cancel a shipment on shipping days by 8:00AM
PST. If you have not cancelled by that time
you will be billed for the shipment in
full.
Shipping
days are always: MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, &
FRIDAY.
Saturday Fed
Ex deliveries are not guaranteed to all
locations, please check with your local Fed
Ex to check the availability. An exception
for collection days will be made ONLY under
special circumstances and at the approval of
Bennett Woodland Farms. No Saturday
collections!
All
fees must be paid prior to shipping. You
must pay for your shipment in advance by
check or by having a Visa or MasterCard on
file. Credit card information must be filed
and received in our office before shipping.
Contact Information:
Please provide a contact person, phone
number & shipping address on contract. This
will be the person ordering your shipment,
receiving or picking up the shipment at a
Fed Ex office or airport (if necessary). It
is vital for us to be able to contact this
person easily. If the contact person is
you, the mare owner, please state so on the
contract.
Please keep
this attachment to your contract. If
necessary give it to your veterinarian to
read or keep so he/she is familiar with our
requirements. Keep a copy of the contract
for yourself and return a signed copy to
Bennett Woodland Farms, LLC along with a
copy of the mare’s registration papers,
preferred payment method for equitainer
deposit and shipments.
